Cindi Howson is the founder of BIScorecard®, a web-site for in-depth BI product reviews and has 15 years of business intelligence and management reporting experience. She is the author of Business Objects XI: The Complete Reference and Successful Business Intelligence: Secrets to Making BI the Killer App (due November 2007). Prior to founding BIScorecard®, Howson was a manager at Deloitte & Touche and a BI standards leader for a Fortune 500 company. She teaches for The Data Warehousing Institute (TDWI) and is a frequent speaker at various industry events. She has an MBA from Rice University. Contact:
